Yin Yoga at Custom Fit

One of our most popular classes, Yin is about relaxation and full body stretching with an emphasis on the hips, shoulders and back to increase mobility and ease of movement as we age. There is no strength or flexibility required! If you can get on the floor, you can join us for yin.

Bring your yoga mat, blocks and a strap or use ours. Make sure to dress in layers including socks as we do not generate any ‘heat’ in yin–we are stretching gently not exercising.
