Power Yoga at Custom Fit

Custom Fit’s vinyasa, flow-style Power Yoga is a vigorous practice with an emphasis on upper body strength including arm balances and vinyasa flows. An excellent cross-training opportunity!

Classes are 45 minutes long including a balanced warm-up and a relaxing savasana. Bring your own mat, blocks and strap or use ours. Power Yoga is held in the top of our century old barn and in our indoor studio, year round. Join us for Power Yoga anytime with an RSVP.
