Pilates at Custom Fit
No impact, full body, strength training with an emphasis on complete core conditioning. This is not your typical Pilates class! This fun, action-packed class welcomes all fitness levels ages 13 to 75+.
We provide everything you need! Just show up in comfortable clothes with your water bottle. We practice Pilates in our indoor studio.
Pilates offers fantastic cross training for athlete AND a super place to start if you are new to exercise or just getting back in the game. Modifications are offered in every class to make the exercises more easier or more challenging to suit your needs.
