WHAT TO WEAR
Please wear comfortable clothes and have water and a towel handy. You might wish to join us barefoot for Monday through Thursday classes or you can wear runners. For yoga on Friday you can go barefoot.
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS: (MODIFICATIONS ALWAYS OFFERED)
Slow Flow Yoga—A user-friendly, form and technique focused, slow flow yoga that focuses on breathing as we move and moving as we breathe. A practice softly attentive to strength, balance and de-stressing.
Boot Camp—Modifications always offered! Our Boot Camp includes high intensity, full body, interval strength training and cardio. Fitness enthusiasts who are game for anything are welcome and modifications are provided for no impact options.
CORE—No impact, CORE class incorporates standing, sitting, balancing, strength, posture and HIIT into one, always different, not Pilates, not Boot Camp, not yoga workout.
Pilates—No impact, no equipment, body weight floor exercises that focus on core strength, stability, flexibility and endurance. This class blends the best of CORE and Pilates for a full body fusion of a user-friendly workout loved by many! Modifications always offered! All welcome.
